This massively renovated fifteenth century listed building has a selection of eight double boutique style rooms in the main house and a further eight double bedrooms within the converted stable building for guests to choose between; all rooms are en suite and are individually decorated to an extremely high standard. Within the stable building some rooms are interconnecting making them ideal for a family break.

Rooms within the main building are all based on some of the greatest cities of the world and truly transport you to another place; well equipped with flat screen television, DVD players and hairdryers alongside a well stocked hospitality tray of coffees and teas. A warm and inviting guest lounge, library and honesty bar ensure that you feel completely relaxed during your stay.

The House of Agnes also boasts the largest enclosed gardens in Canterbury with a miniature maze and pretty gazebo all looking out on to the immaculate lawn where you can enjoy a game of boules or badminton.
